Marketing Communications Manager


This renowned Organisation located in the heart of Dublin City Centre are looking to hire a proactive, knowledgeable Marketing Communications Manager to join their busy marketing function. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the development, management, and implementation of marketing strategies.

Demonstrating the ability to work well under pressure, good time management and organisational skills and a willingness to be proactive, working with purpose to work flexible hours. The position will be key in helping the brand remain successful among the target audience, and to develop and execute the marketing strategy while coordinating the implementation of it with their in-market business development teams.

Main Responsibilities.

  • Develop effective, clear Marketing & Communication Plans in line with company objectives.
  • Plan and deliver all internal and external communications across both traditional and digital media channels
  • Undertake analysis and regular reporting of digital marketing/recruitment campaigns and other strategic branding assets (including website performance)
  • Manage and coordinate a work environment of continuous review and improvement of business practices, operational processes and service provision
  • Event planning/production for internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement and manage digital projects from concept to completion, coordination of digital marketing campaigns, reporting analytics and making recommendations to enhance engagement.
  • Contribute ideas and offer advice on implementation of a range of marketing strategies to enhance engagement with our target audiences.
  • Oversee the management of brand collateral and keep up-to-date brand and style guidelines for the business
  • Write and tailor content for internal/external stakeholders with clear messaging and brand positioning
  • Manage all operational, legal, and regulatory requirements


Skills and Qualifications

  • Marketing/communications qualifications and experience required.
  • Broad marketing skillset across digital and traditional channels gained in a busy environment.
  • Excellent writing & proof-reading skills.
  • Experience with AdWords/ Google Analytics and sending email campaigns.
  • Excellent time management, ability to plan, prioritise and follow through to completion, taking personal responsibility for achieving high quality results.
  • Proven event coordination experience.
  • Proven experience of marketing on social media
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Considerable administrative ability.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Methodical, flexible and capable of undertaking multitask driven work.
