HR Manager / Senior Generalist (Standalone role)
Our client a construction services firm have a requirement for a HR Manager - This is a stand alone position with a heavy generalist nature.
You will be involved in all areas of the business and provide full generalist support across all jurisdictions (4 entities).
Core Responsibilities of role
Employee Relations - Policies, Grievance & disciplinary
Employee Engagement - First point of contact for all EE queries
Compensation & Benefits - Management of pension scheme, benefits, and any other company schemes
Talent Acquisition - Manage full cycle, low volume senior professional recruitment
Legislation - Implement HR policies, monitor compliance, immigration compliance
Training & Development - Implement training across the business
HR Administration - HR database management, general admin
