We are delighted to be working on behalf of one of the best names in Technology in 2021, specializing in internet communications our client is seeking an account manager to join their Global tech hub in Dublin as they look to expand their operations in 2021 and in return are looking for an experienced online advertising account manager in the tech industry on an initial 11 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to expand their experience or get experience in a world famous global multinational tech company.
The role would involve working with Global business clients regarding their online advertising needs
Regularly partnering with your Sales colleagues and internal teams, own a set of their premium high-value advertiser accounts from pre-sales, campaign set-up and management to post-campaign analysis and future opportunity development.
Serve as primary contact for specified advertising agencies, direct advertisers, and content partners in regard to all operational matters.
Lead and develop advertiser accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
Ensure timely and accurate campaign set-up including receipt of advertising creative from advertising and agencies, coordination of campaign scheduling, and partnering with Finance to recognize revenue.
Build robust client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business goals in order to make new suggestions across a range of company products and features
Manage campaigns; execute creative swaps and revisions, monitor campaign status and ensure campaign delivery, and optimize campaign performance
Meet individual and Team KPI's to achieve team goals and maintain 'gold standard' services across all digital platforms
Work closely with sales teams to exceed client expectations and deliver upon requests in an efficient and timely manner
Report any campaign/creative delivery issues to your Sales partners
Work to the client's processes, policies and standards set by the business and organize own workload
Troubleshoot and work with teams to solve any advertising or associated platform issues reported
Ensure all Sales team members are kept updated about the status of their booked campaign
The ideal candidate would have...
At least 1 year of experience in managing online advertising campaigns
Fluent written and spoken English and a 2nd European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong client relationships
You have a proven ability to grow and cross-sell to existing customers
The ability to perform in a fast-paced, highly changing environment and be driven to meet and exceed targets
Ability to effectively communicate with and influence the key internal and external partners
Ability to drive revenue growth and find opportunities to develop incremental business
Prepare and be accountable for quarterly growth plans for strategic accounts
Ability to keep attention to detail whilst working under pressure of tight deadlines
Must demonstrate 'Team Player' spirit at all times as this is very important to the client
Passion for customer service and solution-focused orientation towards meeting client needs
Availability to travel abroad to meet clients and local Sales partners
