Our client is currently seeking a Marketing and Talent Specialist for their office based in Dublin South. As Marketing & Talent Specialist you will contribute to the company's international growth working within the Graduate Programme Team.

The role sits with the Marketing Team & oversees the full graduate recruitment & development cycle.

Duties and responsibilities:

Manage the development of the clients brand through the attraction & recruitment campaign for the company's graduate program which includes

• Working closely with the web development team to evolve the company's online recruiting platform
• Design and delivery of campus and student engagement strategy which will lead to a strong long-term multifaceted relationship with universities and students.
• Design, deliver and lead the company's social media strategy to build the company's brand awareness resulting in the attraction of graduate applications.
• Develop & track against annual graduate programme budget with a cost-conscientious approach.
• Define, measure & prove return on investment of graduate programme to business
• Partner with HR on candidate screening & assessing at assessment centres.
• Support the selection process and develop & retain 'best fit' graduate talent that fit the needs of the company's international markets
• Lead development of in-market support tools & graduate activation guidelines
• Drive design & development of a full suite of Brand Ambassadors tools
• Develop clear guidelines/toolkit for the business to guide Brand Ambassador role across all market stages.
• Lead the sharing of best practise between our global communities of Brand Ambassador
• Support the Graduate Learning & Development Programme
• Drive implementation of the competency model in partnership with markets, managers & HR to support the development of key competencies for graduates to succeed in their career long-term
• Support graduate management framework to ensure effective & active graduate management
• Support the roll-out of the Brand Ambassador Management framework.
• Support the effective planning cycle & rhythm of management for Graduate Programme
• Lead continuous career development conversations with graduates to support their personal & professional development.
• Driving a culture of accountability through Ways of Working Agreements with managers, markets & graduates.

Requirements:

• Third level degree or higher.
• Proven professional experience in Digital Marketing & Communications
• Ability to anticipate & respond to a fast-moving internal
• Proven track record of proactive, strategic vision taken from concept to execution & measurement/improvement.
• Demonstrated effective project management & relationship management skills.
• Passion for & exposure to brand marketing an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
