Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Ireland-based)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Our multinational client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their Irish-based business in a fully remote capacity. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring a finance professional with excellent technical skills, cross-border experience, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with US and Irish GAAP.

• Maintain high standards of financial control, compliance, and reporting discipline.

• Oversee key finance functions including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Manage relationships with external accountants across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support regulatory filings and coordinate year-end audits.

• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to promote a high-performance culture.

• Ensure effective cash flow management and audit readiness.

Requirements:

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial role, including 2 years in a senior or leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Irish GAAP within a multinational context.

• Experience in group consolidation and managing finance operations across countries.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Strong ERP and financial systems proficiency.

• Demonstrated experience working with auditors and external financial advisors.
