• Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and indirect goods
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to ensure best value
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production to maintain supply continuity
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams including production, quality, and finance
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support reporting requirements
