Senior Operations Administrative Coordinator

€50000 - €55000 per annum Pension, Health and Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Operations team in their day-to-day activities of providing financial and operational control. This includes:
- Oversight and control of regulated entities.
- Production, reconciliation and analysis of monthly operational performance. KPIs
- for reporting including consolidation.
- Oversight of performance against KPIs
- Due diligence monitoring activities.
- Involvement with operational duties
- Support the provision of reporting to Corporate Functions, Group and Local boards and administrative support required for these boards.
- Support the team with external vendors including but not limited to external auditors and third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate and arrange meetings (internal/external partes) and follow up actions as required
- Support the day-to-day operation for systems.
- Any other duties including assisting in Audits (internal/external) and working on ad hoc projects.
- Provide administrative support on new investments/divestments.
- Assist with KYC and Due Diligence requests as part of the external party onboarding process.
- Support with Annual Audit and planning process as required

Other attributes or qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a corporate, fast paced role supporting a large team of senior stakeholders.
- Experience in either Fund administration, Investment Management, operations, accounting, financial or a related role is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle several demands from different people.
- Excellent prioritization and organisational skills including the confidence to act autonomously in taking independent action when needed.
- Use of own initiative to act proactively in anticipating the support the team may require.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly excel
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to liaise with third-party service providers, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrates appropriate use of initiative and possesses a strong work ethic.
