Finance Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing group of companies operating across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role, acting as the Managing Director's right-hand person and future strategic partner.

This is not a back-office spreadsheet position - you'll need to think on your feet, communicate effectively, and bring clarity to complex financial operations across several entities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a multi-entity group.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support growth and development.
• Manage and delegate transactional tasks to existing accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Engage with operational teams and contribute to commercial decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8 years' experience.
• Strong communicator with confidence and commercial acumen.
• Experience in industry or practice with exposure to group structures.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid working model, based in Naas.

Package & Benefits

• Salary: €75,000 - €100,000
