Our client is looking for an experience Client Side Project Manager looking to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of capital development projects in the Kerry Region. As a leading construction consultancy with a distinguished track record in the Irish market. They specialise in delivering excellence across project management, cost and capital programme management, procurement, contract strategy, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all stages of construction projects, ensuring budget, quality, and programme targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Safety, Health & Welfare at Work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years' experience in project management and/or construction.
• Strong knowledge of the Capital Works Management Framework and Public Works Contracts.
• A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
• Chartered status is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills.
