Financial Accountant

They are seeking a qualified and motivated Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-growth, international business where your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making and operational success.

Duties:

• Lead and support period-end close activities, including preparation of P&L and balance sheets across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure full reconciliation of company balance sheets, including intercompany transactions.
• Maintain bank reconciliation integrity, support payroll preparation, and monitor cash flow.
• Analyse and report on key cost areas, collaborating with budget holders to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and statutory account preparation.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit readiness.
• Deliver financial KPIs and present monthly reports to the Finance Director.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and cross-functional projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
