The role involves a variety of tasks and will include: -

• Taking and dealing with a high volume of direct telephone communications, enquiries and orders
• Processing and responding to general office email enquiries
• Preparing quotes, send invoices to clients, inputting sales and purchase orders
• Provide quick-turn quotations for customers via an in-house quote system

What you will need as the Sales Administrator

• You must have excellent communication skills that will enable you to build solid relationships with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
• You must have excellent IT user skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel.
• Proven customer support and administration experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
