Site Manager - Galway
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations, including coordination of site labour and subcontractors.

• Assist the project team in monitoring progress against agreed programme targets.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality work on-site.

• Enforce Health and Safety standards and company policies.

• Maintain strong working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' Site Management experience.

• Previous experience with a Main Contractor; experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments is a plus.

• Third-level qualification or strong trades background with excellent trade knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong delegation, organisation, and teamwork skills.
