Project Manager - T&D Department (Nationwide)
Our client is experiencing continued growth and is now looking to recruit a Project Manager to support their Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Department across nationwide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Liaise with internal management and design/build teams to coordinate and report on project status.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and conduct regular site audits.

• Track and manage project budgets, production, and cost goals.

• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Identify and manage project risks and critical dependencies.

• Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.

• Ensure weekly subcontractor meetings cover safety and training.

• Monitor quality audits and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification (Apprenticeship) or relevant Engineering degree.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management.

• Valid Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely).

• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

• Experience with electrical substation or complex T&D infrastructure projects.

• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.

• Familiarity with BIM technologies is an advantage.

• Flexible and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
