Job Title: Electrical Package Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Electrical Package Manager to oversee the electrical scope of large-scale installation projects in Finland. This is a crucial leadership role within the site-based project team, involving both technical expertise and people management across the electrical and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the electrical systems package, from design coordination to final handover.

• Manage site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager, including the safety file setup and closeout.

• Promote and enforce a strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) culture within the team.

• Coordinate the project schedule and manage all costs related to the electrical package.

• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor activities, ensuring alignment with schedule and labour plans.

• Manage delivery schedules, track materials, and maintain a photographic site diary.

• Implement snagging procedures and track resolution of outstanding items.

• Report weekly on costs, labour, progress, risks, and interface issues.

• Attend all site and coordination meetings as required.

• Work closely with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant Electrical qualification (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent).

• Proven experience in project or package management, especially on large-scale installations.

• Technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.

• Experience in design & build environments and managing industrial relations.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and site logistics.
