I am recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing client in Co. Cork for an Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities and support the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams to achieve daily output targets.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and labour utilisation.
• Promote and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.
• Assist with production planning and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report production performance and operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fabrication or engineering manufacturing is an advantage
