Overview

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to take the next step in your career? We're hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for a leading food manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role where you'll support technicians, drive equipment reliability, and play a key part in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Lead and support maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
• Drive machine reliability and improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor technicians and apprentices.
• Support audits, health & safety compliance, and lean projects.
• Manage spare parts and assist with commissioning new equipment.
• Rotate across a variety of shift patterns to support plant operations.

Criteria

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 2 years' experience in a maintenance technician role.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with food processing equipment (e.g. thermoformers, weighers, cookers).
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and lean principles.
