Finance Manager & Business Partner

My client are looking to hire a Finance Manager & Business Partner. As finance manager You'll combine core finance functions with commercial insight to shape strategy, drive performance, and support operational decision-making. This role would suit a person with both commercial and financial accounting experience

Financial Leadership

• Own end-to-end financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet).
• Improve forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles.
• Manage cash flow and accounts receivable.
• Establish accounting processes for new business models.

Strategic Partnering

• Collaborate with the Division Controller on commercial performance.
• Evaluate business cases and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide insights to inform operational and investment decisions.

Risk & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Identify financial risks; support audit and assurance processes.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of 4.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Support

• Act as finance lead for divisional projects.
• Support supply chain, logistics, and operations with data-driven insights.
• Align financial goals with business execution.

About You

• 5 years PQE or equivalent experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or similar)
• Strong background in finance and business partnering
• FMCG or fast-paced commercial experience preferred
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Commercially astute, analytical, and proactive
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship skills
