Job Title: Project Manager

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major construction projects in Amsterdam. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical, organisational, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing complex installations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project engineering and delivery performance, ensuring innovative and effective outcomes.

• Develop and implement project planning strategies while motivating and managing project teams.

• Oversee labour, commissioning processes, and track overall project performance.

• Establish best practices for documentation, scheduling, and reporting from the outset.

• Engage continuously with clients and design teams to drive project success.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction across cost, scope, and timeline metrics.

• Monitor and promote best-in-class Health & Safety processes and culture.

• Ensure all quality objectives are achieved and exceeded on the project.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

• Strong technical background across Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA components.

• Proven ability to coordinate and manage large, complex installation projects.

• Deep understanding of Health & Safety compliance and performance.

• Skilled in stakeholder communication, planning, and delivery strategy.
