Mechanical Package Manager - Finland

Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a Mechanical Package Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical systems on a high-profile construction project based in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess mechanical package scope and raise high-level RFIs.

• Create a comprehensive package overview and high-level programme specific to the package.

• Compile equipment lists and material takeoffs.

• Develop a schedule for technical submittals and documentation.

• Coordinate interface points with other disciplines and ensure alignment.

• Produce detailed weekly progress reports, including photographic updates and risk highlights.

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to ensure effective site safety practices.

• Champion a culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) excellence.

• Assist with project scheduling and cost control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Specific Requirements:

• Strong background in project management, particularly large installation projects.

• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary mechanical packages.

• Experience managing Industrial Relations matters.

• Thorough understanding of health & safety standards and site compliance.

• Design & build project experience preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in large-scale construction environments.
