Your New Role

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your work while being supported by a strong team of architects, engineers, and technologists. You'll also be involved in site visits, planning applications, and resolving technical challenges as they arise.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or similar).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary practice.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• A solid understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BIM processes and sustainable design principles is a plus.
