Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bakery production equipment
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and project work
• Collaborate with departments across the site to ensure smooth operations
• Complete all relevant documentation for maintenance activities
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Work flexibly across all equipment and utilities as needed
• Be available for shift work, callouts, and overtime when required

Criteria

• Minimum 2 years' industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience with bakery systems is an advantage
• Time-served apprenticeship or professional qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a 4-day/4-night rolling pattern, including weekends
