Electrical Quantity Surveyor - Dublin
Our client, a leading construction and engineering firm, is expanding and seeks to recruit an Electrical Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Commercial Manager on project commercial matters.

• Provide contract advice at both general and project-specific levels.

• Manage subcontractor packages, payments, and contracts with suppliers and consultants.

• Identify opportunities to enhance project value and reduce cost.

• Produce internal valuations and detailed cost reports.

• Monitor budgets, variations, and track commercial progress.

• Negotiate and finalise terms with subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or developer.

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field.

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.

• Familiarity with commercial and/or residential developments.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.

• Willingness to be on-site 3 to 4 days per week.
