Due to continued growth my client wishes to recruit a Commissioning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project commissioning for data centre projects
• Ensure familiarisation with and compliance to contract documents and procedures
• Oversee all stages of the project: Pre-construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
• Co-ordinate information and details in time for project delivery activities
• Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest safety standards
• Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team

Specific Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, M&E, or Trade
• 5-7 years' experience in building services coordination
• Previous main contractor experience preferred; ideally with experience on data centre or industrial projects

Excellent IT skills - knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications
