About Your New Company:

My client is a Cork powerhouse of construction, and has seen a surge of residential projects come pouring in over the last two years.

Your New Position:

As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for Commercial Management at all stages of projects, from the precontract stage to the commercial close.
Regular Responsibilities include:

• Track expenditures on the project
• Raise discrepancies which may occur
• Undertaking commercial activities, develop budgets, measurement, procurement and preparation of sub-contract agreements
• Construction Contracts
• Contract Management
• Issue monthly valuations
• Undertake remeasurement of building elements
• Familiarity with models, drawings and specs

Your Qualifications:

• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics Degree/ Diploma
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a similar role.
