Quantity Surveyor - Switzerland
Our client, a leading main contractor with a growing international portfolio, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major project in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Commercial Manager, providing updates and advice on all contractual matters.

• Oversee subcontractor packages and manage payments to subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce project costs.

• Complete internal valuations and detailed cost reports.

• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and report on financial performance.

• Lead negotiations and finalisation of subcontractor agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or developer.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally in commercial or residential sectors.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Able to meet demanding deadlines and maintain high-quality outputs.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to be based on site in Switzerland 3-4 days per week.
