Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join a leading manufacturing facility in County Cork. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, and responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of maintenance activities across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 maintenance professionals, driving performance and engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including planned and reactive tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Act as deputy for the Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules.

Criteria

• Relevant technical qualification (Electrical preferred).
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to prioritize maintenance activities effectively.
