About the Role
As Project Director, you'll lead a talented design team from concept to completion, delivering innovative, brand-aligned interiors that exceed client expectations. You'll be the driving force behind project strategy, team development, and client relationships-ensuring every detail reflects excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team to produce cutting-edge concepts.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
• Oversee client discovery sessions, ensuring brand alignment and creative integrity.
• Approve budgets, fee schedules, and project documentation.
• Resolve on-site design challenges and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Represent Millimetre Design at industry events and contribute to business growth.

What You Bring

• 10 years' experience in commercial interior design within Irish or UK practices.
• Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
• Proven leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Commercial acumen and a passion for innovation.
