Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment across the site. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting production teams with maintenance activities.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and documenting corrective actions.
• Participating in preventative maintenance programmes.
• Collaborating with contractors and electricians on new equipment installations.
• Performing routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs.
• Maintaining compliance with licenses and accreditations.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and emergency support when needed.

Criteria

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• A qualification in mechanical automation, maintenance fitting, or metal fabrication (desirable).
• Strong welding, fabrication, and fitting skills.
• Electrical fault-finding experience (a plus).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to high standards.
• Robotic programming experience (advantageous).

Reward
