Senior Civil Infrastructural Technician

Your New Company:

Your new company is a medium-sized multidisciplinary consultancy specializng in architectural, civil, structural and fire safety engineering. They are an innovative design-led company with a strong focus on sustainability.

Duties:

• Min Level 7 qualification and min 10 years' experience with relevant experience in Irish Consultant
• Competence with working as lead technician on large scale residential (200 to 1500 units) and commercial development in Ireland for planning and detailed design / construction stage
• Familiar with Civil 3D, X-refs and site modelling based on 3-D topographical surveys
• Preparation of road layouts and site layout based on Architectural site plans
• Preparation of drawings under guidance of Design Engineer for Surface water drainage, foul drainage, watermains
• Familiarity for SUDS detailing , DMURS, Cycle Manual, Irish Water standards,
• Preparation and management of quality of drawing packages for planning, detailed design and construction stages
