An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Replenishment Coordinator to join a fast-paced supply chain team with a reputabe FMCG chain.
This role is responsible for executing daily replenishment activities across assigned product categories, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained without exceeding warehouse capacity. You will play a key part in supporting smooth product flow to retail outlets and wholesale customers, while adhering to established inventory management practices and performance objectives.
???? Key Responsibilities
* Place timely and accurate replenishment orders using system variables such as demand, lead time, and packaging
* Verify system and physical stock levels prior to initiating purchase orders
* Monitor inventory to identify excess, close-dated, or slow-moving stock and take corrective action
* Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve receiving discrepancies and ensure invoice accuracy
* Follow standardized operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of replenishment processes
* Differentiate promotional vs. regular sales to avoid over/under ordering
* Generate and review replenishment reports; escalate anomalies as needed
* Support procurement and inventory teams with ad hoc tasks and reporting
???? Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing or inventory coordination
* Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in database systems and reporting tools; strong Excel skills preferred
