Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on contractual matters - general and project level

• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost

• Negotiate and agree subcontractors

Specific Requirements

• 2 years Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor/ Developer.

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area

• Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor/ Developer

• Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar

• Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
