Supervising Pharmacist - 45 Hours

Location: Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join a busy and established community pharmacy in Adamstown.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a pharmacy team while continuing to provide a high standard of patient care.

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the professional and clinical operation of the pharmacy
• Ensuring compliance with PSI regulations and all relevant legislation
• Dispensing and checking prescriptions
• Providing professional advice and excellent patient care
• Supporting and developing the pharmacy team
• Managing stock and pharmacy services
• Building strong relationships with patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring the pharmacy maintains the highest standards of customer service and professional practice

The Ideal Candidate

• Fully qualified and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Previous Supervising Pharmacist or strong community pharmacy experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with a patient-focused approach
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
