Overview
An established food manufacturing business is looking to hire a Production Planner to join their fast-paced operations team.
This is a key role responsible for building and managing daily production plans, ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and factory capacity while maintaining strong service levels and food safety standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily production schedules aligned with demand and operational priorities
  • Optimise production sequencing to reduce downtime and changeovers
  • Monitor production and adjust plans in real-time to meet business needs
  • Ensure availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
  • Maintain accurate planning data, schedules, and system records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across planning and operations


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Production Planning role (FMCG / food manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong Excel skills


Working Hours

  • Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
