Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and engineering function to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support production efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Deliver capital projects from planning through execution, including equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and safety teams to align maintenance and project goals.
• Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Criteria and Reward

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and capital project management, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
