Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support engineering projects and new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and engineering regulations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.
• Participate in shift rotations and on-call support to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Criteria

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong hands-on skills in fault finding and repairs.
• Experience with conveyors, sorters, balers, granulators, extruders, and similar equipment.
• Welding experience (arc/MIG).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
