Project Manager - Amsterdam

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient engineering and innovation performance while managing overall project delivery.

• Develop and implement planning strategies, motivating and aligning the project team toward successful outcomes.

• Track project labour, commissioning activities, and performance metrics to ensure smooth delivery.

• Establish structured project setup, documentation, and reporting processes from project initiation.

• Engage continuously with key stakeholders including clients and design teams to ensure high standards of delivery and communication.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, especially in relation to cost, scope, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and champion health & safety protocols and promote a strong team culture.

• Ensure project quality targets are met and exceeded.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong technical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) elements in construction.

• Proven success managing and coordinating large-scale installation projects.

• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and implementation in a construction environment.
