Operations Director

Full-Time | Multi‑Site | Engineering & Infrastructure Services

A leading technical services organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee day‑to‑day operations across Ireland and Europe. This senior role is responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, commercial performance and strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead all operational activities across multiple sites and regions

• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs, KPIs and customer expectations

• Drive resource planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation

• Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting and operational reporting

• Strengthen customer relationships and act as a senior escalation point

• Oversee quality, compliance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support bids, tenders, pricing and commercial decision‑making

• Lead and develop managers and operational teams across Europe

• Drive performance, accountability and a high‑quality service culture

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role

• Strong background managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects

• Knowledge of European contract law, procurement and compliance

• Expertise in cost control, forecasting and commercial governance

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple countries

• Highly organised, resilient and commercially minded

• Willingness to travel across Europe as required

• Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work across Europe
