Our client is a consultancy based in North Dublin that is now growing their bids team due to increased pipeline of work and growth plans for the future. With a growing requirement for someone with expertise in bid submission, this is a role to work closely with directors to win work in various sectors including education, healthcare, data centres and public works.

What work can you expect in the role?

• Coordinate and produce high-quality bid submissions across alldisciplines.
• Liaise with divisional leads to gather CVs, project info, methodologies, and data.
• Maintain a live register of tender opportunities, submission deadlines, and bid outcomes.
• Support strategic targeting of frameworks and sectors such as education, healthcare, data centres, and public works
• Design engaging proposals, presentations, and capability brochures using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Prepare visual layouts and document templates with clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Maintain and update a live library of staff CVs, project sheets, and reusable bid content.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney) to improve proposal efficiency and creativity.
• Assist in developing internal tools, templates, and automations to streamline future submissions.

What qualifications are we looking for?

• Background in bids, communications, marketing, or graphic design.
• Strong layout and visual communication skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Self-organised and deadline-driven; able to juggle priorities.
• Comfortable working across technical teams and with senior management.
