About Your New Company:
My client is an industry-leading innovator in the cladding and façade industry across Ireland and the UK which has seen massive growth across all sectors, especially the commercial sector. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Your New Position:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for Commercial Management at all stages of projects, from the precontract stage to the commercial close.
Regular Responsibilities include:

• Sub-contract analysis with Main Contractors
• Undertaking commercial activities, develop budgets, measurement, procurement and preparation of sub-contract agreements
• Construction Contracts
• Contract Management
• Issue monthly valuations to Main Contractors
• Undertake remeasurement of building elements
• Familiarity with 3D models, drawings and specs

Your Qualifications:

• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics Degree/ Diploma
• An accredited course by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Engineers (IEI)
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a similar role.
