We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient production scheduling to meet customer demands while optimizing resources. You'll work closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to keep production on track and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly production plans aligned with customer forecasts and operational constraints.
• Maintain ERP schedules, monitor variances, and communicate potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accommodate urgent orders and prototypes.
• Manage inventory planning and generate purchase requisitions to ensure material availability.
• Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Criteria

• Minimum 3 years' experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (Epicor desirable).
• Third-level qualification in Business or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
