Wallace Myers International is recruiting multiple BIM / Revit Technicians on behalf of several progressive M&E consultancy clients with a strong and growing project pipeline across Ireland's major regional hubs (Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Donegal).

These roles offer the opportunity to work within design-led, BIM-focused environments, delivering technically detailed projects across residential new-build, large-scale housing schemes, retrofit and regeneration projects, commercial developments, healthcare facilities, education buildings, and mixed-use developments. Modern construction methods, off-site fabrication, and digital delivery are central to how these teams operate.

The Role

You will support mechanical and electrical engineering teams in the production of coordinated BIM models and high-quality technical documentation, ensuring accurate, buildable information is issued across all project stages - from early design through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain Revit MEP models across a variety of building types.
• Carry out clash detection and assist in multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and layouts to support off-site prefabrication and site delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and QA procedures.
• Support document control, model updates, and drawing issue workflows.
• Liaise closely with engineers, project managers, architects, and external consultants.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM / CAD Technician within M&E or Building Services.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD essential; Navisworks an advantage).
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and design standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a collaborative and proactive approach.
