Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our client, a leader in the construction sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Dublin due to sustained growth. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of major projects and a dynamic commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the senior project team to procure subcontractor packages and manage project costs.
Prepare quantified work packages, ITTs, and budgets from technical documentation.
Analyse and present tender returns.
Prepare and negotiate subcontract documentation.
Oversee commercial management of multiple packages: payments, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and ensure accurate financial tracking.
Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Submit contract-compliant commercial documentation and external valuations.
Lead negotiations for variations and final accounts with subcontractors and clients.
Report regularly on cost/value and project cash flow.
Support and supervise junior commercial team members.
Candidate Profile:
Relevant degree with 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and measurement techniques.
Excellent financial forecasting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Buildsoft, CostX, or equivalent software is desirable.
Data centre project experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
