We are seeking a Data Analyst to support organisational reporting, performance monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives. The role has a strong focus on daily data cleansing, analysis, and reporting from a large database, alongside the development and maintenance of BI dashboards.
The post holder will support an annual reporting schedule, ensure data quality and consistency, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and support KPI and forecast reporting
  • Perform daily data cleansing to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards, visualisations, and scheduled reports
  • Transform and map data to align with central reporting structures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data use aligns with organisational goals
  • Support digital transformation and strategic data projects as required

Skills and Experience

  • Qualification or equivalent experience in data analytics or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years' experience in a data analytics, BI, or business analysis role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with data visualisation tools and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non?technical audiences

Desirable

  • Experience in a regulatory, legal, or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with predictive modelling, GDPR, and AI governance
  • Interest in digital transformation and process improvement
