Your New Role
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for developing creative design solutions, managing client relationships, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure projects meet the highest standards. You will oversee planning applications, compliance with building regulations, and contribute to the strategic direction of projects across multiple sectors.

Job Requirements

• Registered Architect with the RIAI (or equivalent professional body).
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with excellent design and presentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of Irish planning and building regulations.
• Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments will be highly advantageous.
