Inside Sales Manager

€50000 - €55000 per annum Bonus, Commission, Flexible Hour

Exciting Sales Management role with a high growth company specializing in lead generation and market information, identifying your true target market. Essentially, they are the Google for business. They have developed a search engine that scans the internet to find information about businesses online. The technology used then converts the information gathered into sales leads.


They are now looking to hire and Inside Sales Manager to join the team and manage an existing team of BDMs. They have won business from major companies around the globe, with over 90% of their business coming from international companies. Over 90% of our sales are international. They are trusted by Fortune 500 companies across the globe.

The role itself:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of sales people. You will be managing both inbound and an outbound sales people within the company's sales function. This is an office based role with 95% of your time spent in the office with 5% visiting trade shows once they start again.
Ideally you will have Inside Sales Management/Team Lead experience and have demonstrated that you can successfully hit monthly sales and productivity targets as well as motivate, coach and lead a sales team to achieve targets.
Job Requirements/Progression:

  • Expanding the sales team (plans to double the sales team by the end of the year).
  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team to achieve company targets..
  • Lead by example, making sales calls, leading the sales team yourself, offering your experience and tips on how to win new business and sell the company's services to customers around the globe.
  • Sales training, development, and performance management.
  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Forecasting and analysing sales data.
  • Regular reporting of KPI's to directors.
  • Keeping to targets and managing KPI's.

Requirements:

  • Inside Sales Management experience.
  • English language fluency.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Approx. 5 years' proven experience managing a sales team.
  • Self- motivated & driven individual (money motivated and hungry to achieve sales targets).
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and software applications (Mircosoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint ,Word, Excel, etc.)
