Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance activities. This role involves leading a team, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, including rostering, task assignment, and supervision.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Track and manage maintenance KPIs (Downtime, Availability, MTTF, etc.) and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor drivers of maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory, hand tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and verify records.
- Engage with suppliers and service engineers to organize required works.
- Oversee training and development of the maintenance team.
Criteria
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance KPIs and cost drivers.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
- Competent in record-keeping and reporting.
Reward
- €25 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time permanent contract
- Rotating start times.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 39 hours
