Dispatch Manager - Galway (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily dispatch activities, ensuring accurate and on‑time shipments.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and freight partners.
• Plan collections, prepare shipping documentation, and maintain compliance.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to support smooth workflow.

• Strong experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain-ideally in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of 3PL logistics and transport operations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
