Due to continued growth, my client, a long-established market leader, is seeking an experienced and ambitious business development sales professional to join their sales team.

My client has a world class manufacturing facility and is an industry leader with excellent high-quality products.

Position Overview

The Business Development Sales Executive will be part of their existing sales team and will develop new clients in the Dublin area and the surrounding counties. As well as working with the CEO and Sales Manager, you will also have access to a dedicated and qualified sales mentor who will work with you to help implement best sales practices and help you to apply your ongoing learnings.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated
• Be accountable for winning new clients in your region
• Manage your sales pipeline and keep our CRM software up to date at all times
• Meet and exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
• You must hold a valid, full clean driving licence
• Experience in the printing or packaging sectors is a distinct advantage
