On behalf of my Construction client, I am seeking experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Managers and Leads to join a dynamic team on a large-scale construction project based in Europe. This is a key leadership role ensuring all works are delivered safely, in compliance with statutory legislation and best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project compliance with the company's Safety Management System.
• Develop and maintain Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans.
• Prepare and analyse EHS performance reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Environmental, Health & Safety legislation.
• Support development of method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the project and subcontractor teams.
• Coordinate EHS induction and training programmes for all site personnel.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation.
• Proven ability to manage all EHS aspects of complex construction sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EHS reporting systems.
