The Role
With a healthy and varied pipeline of NHS and private healthcare work, our client is looking to appoint a qualified Architect to join their Lancashire studio. You'll work across a wide variety of schemes at different stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, from concept through to delivery, reporting across multiple live projects and collaborating closely with the practice's four Directors, Architectural Technologists and in-house Interior Design team.
● Leading and supporting design development across a broad mix of healthcare and wellness-led schemes, from small refurbishments to major new-build projects
● Producing and coordinating technical information in Revit, in line with ISO 19650 workflows
● Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders and the wider project team, and reporting progress across a varied project caseload
● Contributing to planning submissions, business case support and Principal Designer duties where required
● Mentoring junior colleagues as part of a supportive studio structure
This instruction sits alongside other live opportunities within the same practice, who are growing their team across multiple levels; including recent Part II graduates and Architectural Technicians. If you know someone at a different stage of their career who might be a fit, do let us know.
